Product Description

The CK5250 CNC Double-Column Vertical Lathe is an advanced machine tool engineered for high-load, high-precision turning of extra-large components. Developed by our experienced team, the CK5250 integrates cutting-edge global design principles, robust materials, and mechatronic systems into a single, high-performance platform.

With a maximum turning diameter of 5000mm and part weight capacity of up to 50 tons, the CK5250 is equipped with dual tool posts, featuring one CNC-controlled and one standard post, enabling powerful rough and finish machining on cylindrical, conical, threaded, and curved surfaces.

Its rigid box-type frame, static-pressure hydro bearings, and preloaded servo axes ensure exceptional stability and precision across all operations. Designed for both single-piece and small-batch manufacturing, it is an ideal solution for industries requiring the processing of oversized components with demanding tolerances.

The machine comes equipped with the Siemens 802Dsl system, three-axis linkage (X, Z, C), advanced lubrication and safety systems, and a modular structure for optimized installation and maintenance.
